Why we built a botanical wellness company
The asphodel is an ancient flower, woven through Mediterranean myth and old herbals alike. We chose the name because it carries what we care about: a deep respect for botanical heritage and a quiet confidence that doesn't need exaggeration. The botanical world doesn't need to be overstated. Instead, it needs to be presented well, with good sourcing, careful handling and honest information. That is the kind of botanical wellness company we set out to build.

Our approach combines the visual heritage of the apothecary with the standards of a modern wellness company. We tell you what each product contains, which part of the plant or fungus is used, and where the information comes from. We keep traditional use, preliminary research, and established findings clearly separate, because they are not the same thing.
